In his position statement, Gary said, “I will continue to strive to be a fair and compassionate Justice for the Town of Franklin. My deep experience as Town Justice and prior career as an NYPD Police Officer mean that I am well versed in the law and fully prepared to serve a new 4-year term with immediate effect. I take my responsibilities very seriously and carefully consider both sides of every case in my decisions and enforcing laws and regulations. I have been a Franklin resident and property owner for 41 years and I believe I have a strong understanding of and feel for the community’s needs and concerns.”
